Dr. Shauna Shafai was born and raised in Los Angeles and has always been passionate about healthcare for the greater community. She earned her Doctorate of Dental Surgery at UCLA before completing her postdoctoral residency in Pediatric Dentistry at USC. During her second year of residency, she trained at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, where she gained extensive experience treating children with a wide range of dental and medical needs.
Her advanced training allowed her to master behavior management and provide dental treatment safely using oral conscious sedation and general anesthesia. Dr. Shauna believes that building trust with both children and their families is the foundation of great care. She takes the time to connect with every patient, ensuring each visit is a positive and supportive experience.
